Version 0.4 postponed

After testing, we decided to postpone the release in version 0.4 . We could have released this version as is, there are some pretty good features there, but there is a more important part. We want to prepare the program for version 0.5 where we plan to add quite complex nodes that will be like mini-editors. These are Vector-Shape node and Paint node. 

For this we need to get the performance even higher (multithreading). It takes time, but it's better to move the program to more efficient solutions earlier than to patch it later taking time which could have been spent on refining more interesting functionality.
